The Central Agricultural Cooperative arises from the need of a group of men and women to be able to control the percentages of their production, for a better payment condition, to have greater security of the weight of rice and to extend its benefits to the rice marketing chain. To give shape to this idea, a first meeting was held at Mr. Rafael Vidal’s farm, where the management committee was formed.
