La Cooperativa de Servicios Múltiples de Profesores, Empleados y Afines de la Universidad Tecnológica de Santiago y de otras Entidades Privadas (UTESACOOP) emerged as a project between 1982 and 1984, as a result of the loss of purchasing power of the Dominican population and the shared ideals of cooperation, pedagogical humanism, and solidarity economy. It operates in the area of Cooperatives as a commercial activity and is located at Avenida Estrella Sadhalá # 5, Santiago, Dominican Republic.
