(2010 – 2012) Objective: In the first stage: Create strategies for the transition from food shop to Restaurant, publicize the restaurant’s diversity and unique style, achieve a clientele not dependent on the University. Second stage: Make known the restaurant’s night shift and create customer confidence that it is the option.
